I placed an order and paid for Express shipping because I am moving to another state at the end of the week. The total sum of my order was about $300. I received an email today stating that my order had not been shipped yet because some of the products were not available for an express shipping. I called them and was told that a manager would call me back very soon. I have been waiting for already 4 hours. Definitely WORST customer service ever!”
