The Office of Early Childhood’s Workforce Unit Education Advisors provide the following supports:
- Career advisement
- Evaluate transcripts and degrees
- Provide resources for scholarships
- Provide training and technical assistance support with the Connecticut Early Childhood Professional Registry.
Education Advisors assists individuals in navigating and guiding their professional development, exploring available options for increased training and education, facilitate procedures to ensure students are enrolled in the proper higher education institutions; and support individual professional development plans.
Supports are offered primarily through email and phone consultations in both English and in Spanish.
